Diplytics provides software tools that analyze historical and real-time market data to identify statistical patterns and visualize market behavior ("Services").

The Services are informational and analytical only.

Diplytics does NOT:

• Provide investment advice

• Provide trading signals

• Execute trades or manage funds

• Act as a broker, dealer, or registered financial advisor

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Services.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activities conducted under your account

You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)

Trials

If offered, a trial converts to paid unless canceled before trial end.

No Refund Policy

5. Acceptable Use

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Services.

You acknowledge that:

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Diplytics, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any financial losses

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Trading decisions made using the platform

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diplytics, LLC from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services

• Your violation of these Terms

11. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment providers, data providers).

We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

12. Termination
